I am relishing viewing my hometown through the eyes of a Call of Cthulhu scenario designer.
The city has legends, tales and stories everywhere you look, and it is a constant source of inspiration.
Now that I am very much in the rhythm of creating scenarios, I am working on a side-project, a book of Edinburgh Lore to accompany my scenarios and to serve as background information and atmospheric imagery to accompany the locations I choose to feature.
This is a draft of a page from that side-project, little more than a scrapbook created on Pages on the iPad for now, but once I get Affinity Publisher I will spend a bit more time on this…
And it’s also giving me a great excuse to tread the cobbled streets of Edinburgh with my camera again …
